Cancellation Policy

Cancellations possible up to 2 hours before the appointment. A full refund will be given if the appointment is cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made later than 48 hours, will incur the £1 booking fee. Cancellations made later than 2 hours prior to the appointment, £1 booking fee and £2.50 service charge will be applied.
